As one of the largest and most successful buyers and sellers of land in the country National Timber Partners, LLC is looking to acquire large timber tracts to harvest timber and convert the land to higher and better use by capitalizing on picturesque mountain views, lake and river frontage, or by developing other recreational amenities.

We are currently establishing a network of foresters, brokers, and land consultants who can bring us land for acquisition.  Our commission schedule is the highest in the industry.

If you have land or timber offerings that you would like us to consider - especially if it has proximity to amenities such as rivers, lakes and mountain views - please submit a package with as much detail as possible, including the following information:

1. Road map indicating the location of the subject property
2. Topographic maps
3. Boundary survey
4. Timber inventory (if any)
5. Aerial photographs
6. Timber type maps
